Fire Marshal's Office Announcement

It is REQUIRED to have an

approval from the Fire Marshal's Office

BEFORE a license can be approved for commercial businesses & personal care home businesses.

All Home Office Applicants for a new business license must read and sign the

Barrow County Home Office Requirement Form.

*Once you submit your request for a license or a renewal, our office will reach out via email to confirm documentation/approval and collect payment.
